To request permission to use material from a Wiley title you may submit your request in writing, via fax at +44 (0) 1243 770620, via email to permreq@wiley.co.uk, conventional mail, (John Wiley & Sons, Ltd., Permissions Department, The Atrium, Southern Gate, Chichester, West Sussex, UK, PO19 8SQ), or online by completing one of the following forms.
One-time Educational Photocopy Use
If you want to request one-time educational photocopy use, apply to the Copyright Clearance Center, Inc. You can go to their site at www.copyright.com.
Two-year Educational Photocopy Use
We offer a two-year license for accredited academic institutions. This license provides the flexibility to use our material several times during a two-year period without reapplying for permission each time. Please fill out the Two-Year Photocopy Request Form.
Commercial Photocopy Use
Customers such as corporations, nonacademic institutions, schools of continuing education, corporate trainers, nonprofit institutions who want one-time photocopy permission, use the Commercial Photocopy Request Form.
Out-of-Stock Educational Books
If you've adopted a book for your course, which will not arrive before the start of your semester and you need to photocopy materials to use in the interim, use the Out-of-Stock Request Form.
Republication Permission
For requests to republish Wiley book or journal material in other print products, or to post material on a Web site, or make another multimedia use of it, use the Republication Request Form.
